Barrowtown Elementary
A Small School with a Big Heart
Welcome to Barrowtown Elementary School! We are a small, rural, K-5 school with a beautiful greenhouse located in the heart of a thriving agricultural community in the eastern part of Abbotsford. We have been caring for students since 1952 with many of our families being proud second and third generation Barrowtown families. We are a School of Character and help prepare students to be leaders in their community today and excellent citizens in their world tomorrow. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us better.
Éy swáyel. We acknowledge that the Abbotsford School District is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Semá:th First Nation and Mathxwí First Nation. With this, we respect the longstanding relationships that Indigenous Nations have to this land, as they are the original caretakers.
